是否会产生对注射的DNA本身的免疫反应,会不会产生抗DNA抗体,会不会造成自身免疫性疾病,尽管有文献认为可排除这些可能性,但对核酸疫苗的安全性仍需进一步进行深入而细致的研究。 目前对核酸疫苗的作用机制还不甚明了,深入研究核酸疫苗的作用机制,可使核酸疫苗的设计更趋合理,效果更显著,潜在危险性更小。 表达抗原在体内的高水平,长时间的存在对宿主机体的免疫功能有何影响;表达的时间与水平如何控制,控制到什么程度最佳。 在完成上述研究重点问题后,可应用大型哺乳动物或灵长类动物进行试验,之后可加快核酸疫苗商品化的进程,使其尽快产生经济效益和社会效益。 【参考文献】 [1]Donnelly JJ, Friedman A, Martinez D, et al.
