摘要  目的  了解更年期妇女免疫系统特别是细胞免疫功能的变化。方法  对20例更年期妇女及20例育龄妇女用放免分析自动测定仪测定其外周血中生殖激素促卵泡素(FSH)及雌二醇(E2),用流式细胞仪测定外周血T淋巴细胞亚群CD3、CD4、CD8、CD4/CD8比率,并用t检验进行比较。结果  更年期妇女FSH明显高于育龄妇女(P＜0.01)，E2明显低于育龄妇女(P＜0.01)；更年期妇女CD3低于育龄妇女(P＞0.05),CD4明显低于育龄妇女P＜0.01)，CD8明显高于育龄妇女(P＜0.01)，CD4/CD8明显低于育龄妇女(P＜0.01)。结论  更年期妇女生殖内分泌功能明显下降，细胞免疫平衡失调。

　　Abstract  Objectives  To study the immunology function especially the cellular immune function of menopausal women.Methods  Using automatic radio-immunity analyzer and flow cytometer to assay the value of peripheral repr-oductive hormone(FSH、E2)and lymphocyte subpopulation(CD3、CD4、CD8)and the ratio of CD4/CD8 of menop-ausal women and women in childbearing age.Results  The value of FSH of menopausal women is significantly higher than that of women in childbearing age(P＜0.01)，E2 is significantly lower(P＜0.01).The level of CD3 in menopausal women is lower than women in childbearing age(P＞0.05)，The level of CD4 in menopausal women is significantly l-ower than women in childbearing age(P＜0.01)，The level of CD8 in menopausal women is significantly higher than women in childbearing age(P＜0.01).Conclusion  The reproductive endocrine function of menopausal women has s-ignificantly declined,the cellular immune function is imbalanced.

　　更年期虽然是每个妇女必经的生理过程，但其发生的多系统、多脏器的变化严重影响妇女的身心健康。我们通过检测更年期妇女外周血T淋巴细胞亚群,了解更年期妇女免疫系统的改变。
 
1  资料与方法
 
1.1  研究对象  更年期组  选择今年10月～今年5月间在我院更年期专科门诊就诊的更年期妇女20例，年龄42～55岁。对照组选择同期在我院健康查体的非妊娠期、非月经期健康妇女20例,年龄20～40岁。两组对象均于3月内未服用影响免疫功能的药物。
 
1.2  方法  两组妇女均于晨8～10时空腹采集静脉血，采用放免双抗体法测定血清中生殖激素(FSH、E2),用流式细胞仪测定血浆中T淋巴细胞亚群CD3、CD4、CD8,结果用x±s表示，两样本之间比较用t检验。
 
2  结果
 
2.1  更年期妇女FSH明显高于育龄妇女(P＜0.01)，E2明显低于育龄妇女(P＜0.01)，见表1。

2.2  更年期妇女CD3低于育龄妇女(P＞0.05)，CD4明显低于育龄妇女(P＜0.01)，CD8明显高于育龄妇女(P＜0.01)，CD4/CD8明显低于育龄妇女(P＜0.01)，见表2。
